Job summary

603 Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing care at our Mineral Springs centers in New Hampshire. You will administer medications and monitor residents, communicate changes, and help ensure residents receive safe, responsive care.

Join our team to support a diverse community and contribute to high-quality long-term care. CPR certification and an unrestricted state license are required, with prior LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within applicable license scope of practice.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support resident safety, dignity, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
