Non-Exempt
We're looking for a Per Diem Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing care and additional clinical coverage as part of our nursing team. You'll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, communicate changes, and help ensure residents receive safe, responsive care.
Provide direct nursing care within applicable license scope of practice.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Perform treatments and wound care.
Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
Carry out and document physician orders.
Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning as assigned.
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
Support resident safety, dignity, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
Current CPR certification.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Prior long-term care experience preferred.
