Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment. The role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, and collaborating with the nursing team in a 3PM-11PM shift schedule.

Qualified candidates hold a New Hampshire LNA license; long-term care experience is preferred. Competitive pay, shift differentials, and a $750 sign-on bonus are offered to eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

Week 1 Sun, Mon, Fri

Compensation

$21 - $27 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
