Job summary

Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an LPN Nursing Supervisor to direct care in an outpatient MAT program. You will oversee medication dispensing, staffing, and daily operations to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

The role requires an NC LPN/LVN license with at least 2 years of nursing practice and supervisory experience. This is a full-time, early-shift position with opportunities for growth within the MAT program.

Qualifications

• Current NC LPN/LVN license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and create staff schedules.
• Evaluate nursing, technical, clerical, and support staff performance.
• Review medical records for compliance with laws and facility policies.
• Lead quality assurance activities and support policy development.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
• May administer medications as directed and document accurately.
