Job summary

Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Washington state seeks a Nursing Supervisor for the Outpatient MAT OTP program. This full-time role leads the Medication Room and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred by state licensing requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and staff scheduling.
• Evaluate nursing, technical, clerical staff activities and provide guidance.
• Ensure medical records compliance and review medical records for accuracy.
• Oversee quality assurance and program development; promote safety and process improvements.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and staff training.
• May administer medications per orders and document administration accurately.
• May perform blood/specimen collection and transport medications as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
