Job summary

Mansfield Comprehensive Treatment Center in Mansfield, OH is seeking an LPN Nursing Supervisor to direct care in an outpatient MAT OTP setting and lead a nursing team under clinic policy and state/federal requirements.

The role focuses on compliant medication room operations, staff scheduling, and ensuring accurate medication administration and documentation. Supervisory and behavioral health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be LPN/LVN graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, depending on licensing rules.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room complies with all policies, laws and regulations at all times.
• Supervise daily clinical operations, assign staff and schedule changes.
• Evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff.
• Ensure medical records compliance and review for accuracy.
• Oversee quality assurance and policy development; promote safety.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of staff.
• May administer medications per orders and document administration; count controlled substances.
• May collect blood and other specimens and process results as ordered.
• May transport medication to other locations or work on a mobile unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
