Job summary
Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking an LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead staff in an outpatient MAT program.
This full-time role covers morning shifts Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, ensuring compassionate care and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
- Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.
- Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Medication Room complies with all policies and regulations at all times.
- Supervise daily clinical operations and create staff schedules.
- Evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff as directed.
- Review medical records for compliance with policies and laws.
- Participate in quality assurance, policy development, and safety improvements.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
