Acadia Mansfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) seeks an LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team in an outpatient opioid treatment program. The supervisor directs patient care, coordinates workflows, and ensures compliance with policy, state, and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, staff scheduling, and medication dispensing oversight in a structured morning shift with occasional Saturdays, supporting a balance of patient care and team development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).

Responsibilities

• Directs care for patients and facilitates workflows in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP).
• Serves as a resource for staff and provides team leadership.
• Ensures medical records are maintained in compliance with laws and clinic policies.
• Oversees quality assurance and continuous improvement of safety and environment practices.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
• Administers medications as needed and documents administration accurately.
