Job summary
Acadia Healthcare's El Cajon Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead an outpatient MAT OTP team. You will direct patient care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and facility policies in a fast-paced treatment setting.
Qualifications include an accredited LPN/LVN program and 2+ years of nursing practice with supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
- Supervisory experience preferred, unless required by licensing rules.
- Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directs care in the Medication Room, ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.
- Supervises daily clinical operations, assigns staff, and manages schedules.
- Oversees medical records accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Leads quality assurance activities and supports program development.
- Assists with recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
- May administer medications and document administration as required.
