Job summary

Pittsburgh Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Pittsburgh, PA, an Acadia Healthcare facility, is seeking a Wellness LPN for our outpatient MAT OTP. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field.
• Training or experience treating patients in an outpatient treatment program, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care within policy and procedure standards.
• Assess patient status and document pertinent information.
• Notify physician of significant changes in status or emergent issues.
• Develop nursing treatment plans and initial treatment plan on admission.
• Coordinate care among behavioral health providers and primary care teams.
• Document MARs, vitals, and incident reports accurately.
