Vivo Healthcare Taylor in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day nursing activities. Qualificações
- Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state
- Must read, write, speak English and be able to use computer systems
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related health care facility
- Minimum 6 months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Responsabilidades
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing day-to-day nursing service functions
- Assist in obtaining staffing information and posting daily updates
- Demonstrate customer service and professionalism and lead by example with unit supervisors
- Make rounds with physicians and schedule physician visits
- Participate in committees and meetings
- Prepare reports on nursing service programs and activities
- Determine staffing needs and create assignments
- Schedule duty hours and supervise nursing service personnel to meet standards
