About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vivo Healthcare Taylor Manor ALF in Jacksonville, FL. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to our residents, including:

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
