Job summary

Vivo Healthcare – Gandy in Tampa, FL is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, resident-focused care under the supervision of an RN.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound and personal care support, documenting care per policy, and communicating with residents and families. Florida LPN licensing and CPR are required; long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• Graduate of a state-approved LPN program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with wound care, catheter changes, and other nursing tasks.
• Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs.
• Document care provided in compliance with clinical policies.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
