Qualifications
- Must possess an active LPN license in the state.
- Ability to read, write, speak English and use a computer.
- Experience providing age-appropriate patient care.
- Minimum 2 years supervising in a hospital or nursing facility.
- Minimum 6 months in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize and direct day-to-day nursing service functions.
- Lead staffing information and daily postings for staffing.
- Provide customer service and professional leadership to unit supervisors.
- Make rounds with physicians and schedule visits.
- Prepare reports on nursing programs and activities.
- Assess staffing needs and develop work assignments.
