Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing daily nursing functions.
• Make rounds with physicians and schedule physician visits as needed; complete wound rounds weekly.
• Determine staffing needs and develop work assignments; supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure direct nursing care is provided by licensed nurses, CNAs, or nurse aides per procedures.
