Cedar Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and coordinate daily nursing operations in a 603 Healthcare center setting in New Hampshire. You will monitor residents, administer medications, and communicate changes with the care team.

The role requires an LPN/LVN license, CPR, and strong clinical judgment, with long‑term care experience preferred. Sign-on bonuses are available, with full‑time and part‑time compensation options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants and support staff.
• Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Accurately carry out and document physician orders.

• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support end‑of‑life care when needed.

Compensation: $31 - $42, based on experience + Baylor pay and full-time modified compensation options

Sign On Bonus: Full‑time $5,000 | Part‑time $2,500

About the Role
