Job summary

603 Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to support residents' daily living and dignity. You will work closely with nurses to deliver dependable, resident-centered care in a team-oriented setting.

Available shift 3PM–11PM, compensation $21–28 per hour, plus $3/hour weekend differential and a sign-on bonus for full-time. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full- and part-time staff and opportunities for skill growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support during meals and feeding assistance.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain flow sheets and documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Promote dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident‑centered care.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.

• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.

• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.

• Assist with toileting programs and related care.

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.

• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.

• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.

• Follow infection‑control, safety, and emergency procedures.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

• Current LNA certification in good standing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
