Responsibilities

Maintain charts, records, and reports in accordance with regulations and standards.
Administer medications; verify resident identity and keep narcotic records accurate.
Participate in staffing, performance reviews, and shift planning with the Nurse Supervisor.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; coordinate with physicians and families.
