Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; write and review care plans.
• Chart care notes, transcribe orders, and ensure accurate medication administration.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and other departments for resident care.
• Lead training, participate in staff development, and ensure compliance with regulations.
