Job summary

Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center in Billings, MT is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join a supportive skilled nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active LPN or RN license in the State of Montana.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support following individualized care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate resident care with CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide guidance and direction to nursing staff.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
