Job summary

Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation in Billings, MT, seeks an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to direct daily nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulations.

You will ensure policy compliance, participate in care planning, maintain accurate charting, and coordinate with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality resident care. This full-time role requires leadership and current licensure.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; read technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Participate in planning shifts, services, and discharge plans.
• Lead nursing service, QA activities, and coordinate with other departments to maintain quality care.
• Make rounds to ensure nursing staff follow established standards and report issues to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required; maintain and review charting and documentation.
