• Work scheduling, evaluating employee performance and managing employee relations.
• Quality of work, staff productivity, team morale, unit budget, physician collaboration, and policy adherence.
• Assist with resident care as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
• Manage onboarding, orientation and supervision of nursing staff to ensure safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory statutes and safety procedures.
• Promote ongoing quality assurance and professional development.
