Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Warwick Forest in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a nursing team and ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care. The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans and maintain safety and compliance.

Required RN/LPN with Virginia license, BLS/CPR within 30 days, and at least 2 years of leadership. A BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

RN license with Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required).
BLS/CPR Certification via American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire).
Minimum 2 years as RN or LPN (Required).
At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service across the unit.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and performance to foster professional growth and team morale.
Collaborate with rehab, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and physicians to maintain personalized care plans.
