Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join the Wood County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin. This full-time position features a structured day shift rotation on 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, with a focus on direct patient care in a secure correctional setting.

You will administer medications, document findings, collaborate with providers, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or ability to obtain Wisconsin licensure.
• Experience delivering direct nursing care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate patient conditions clearly.
