Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time role features a day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, offering stability and meaningful patient care in a correctional setting.

You will administer medications, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate care with accurate medical records. Sign-on bonuses are available.

Formación

• LPN license required and current in-state licensure.
• Full-time LPN position at Wood County Jail, Wisconsin.

Monday–Friday:

8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
