Job summary

CareCore Health in Ohio is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We value compassionate care, ongoing growth, and a resident-first approach.

Join full-time shifts, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with competitive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.

Qualifications

Current Ohio LPN license is required.
Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
Complete accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure excellent resident care.
Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families.
