Job summary

CareCore Health in Ohio is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We value compassionate care, ongoing growth, and a resident-first approach.

Join full-time shifts, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with competitive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license is required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities
