Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Ohio is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our nursing team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and monitor conditions under the guidance of the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure excellent resident care.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and their families.
