Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for daytime shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports the Nursing department by providing patient care under RN supervision, administering medications, and contributing to treatment plans.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an LPN license, have CPR certification, and ideally one year of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy (if certified).
• Participate in controlled substance counts and respond to codes per guidelines.
• Assist in medical procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP notes.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training to uphold patient care standards.
