Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision.
• Implement treatment programs and collaborate in controlled substance counts.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures and document nursing encounters.
