Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts on a full-time basis. You will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and participate in care planning for residents in long-term care.

Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; ND IV therapy training may be required. Benefits and sign-on available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• If IV therapy is required, complete ND Board approved program or IV therapy course.
• Unencumbered LPN license and ongoing CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Assess residents and contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with the care team.
