Job summary

Good Samaritan Battle Lake is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in our long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and contribute to safe, compassionate resident care, medication administration, and timely reporting of changes in condition.

This part-time night shift offers competitive pay, weekend differentials, and access to education resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; LPN required.
• Current unencumbered LPN license.
• IV therapy/management training may be required per North Dakota requirements.
• Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
• CEU and competency training must be completed annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
