Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time, night-shift care in its Lakota Center. You will provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting under RN or physician supervision. Requires ND-licensed LPN and completion of an accredited program.

Graduate from an accredited LPN program with licensure; ND licensure required; IV therapy may be required. The role includes a 24-hour weekly schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license.
• Unencumbered LPN license in North Dakota.
• IV therapy/management may be required per ND regulations.
• Supervised clinical experience across the life span or 400 hours of LPN experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor resident status.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; communicate with team.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
