Rolling Hills Care Center in Catoosa, OK is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents. The shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with an hourly pay of $32.00.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. We offer PTO, full benefits, a $1,000 longevity bonus and a $300 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
