Job summary

Rolling Hills Care Center in Catoosa, Oklahoma is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans. You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor residents' conditions while promptly reporting changes.

Join a collaborative team of RNs, CNAs, CMAs, and interdisciplinary staff. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am. Hourly pay at $32.00.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
