Job summary

Rolling Hills Care Center in Catoosa, Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team for weekend shifts. The role involves providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents.

You will work on-site with a focus on accurate documentation, care plan adherence, and timely reporting of changes in resident conditions. PTO and full benefits accompany a $1,000 longevity bonus and a $300 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
