Applicants must hold a Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• CPR certification and emergency care

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Develop and modify the Plan of Care with RN or physician input.
• Collect resident health data and report changes to the RN.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks to unlicensed staff and escalate as needed.
