Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality direct resident care under nursing leadership. You will participate in planning and modifying the Plan of Care, and ensure interventions are carried out per RN or physician orders.

The LPN will collect health data, report changes, and supervise unlicensed nursing staff while promoting residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being within Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under the supervision of nursing leadership.
• Assign and monitor tasks for unlicensed staff; assess knowledge and skills, escalate as needed.

Education

Completion of a nursing education program (Minnesota Board approved)
