• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high quality direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Assist in developing and modifying the Plan of Care and implement delegated interventions.
• Monitor residents, report changes to RN, and supervise unlicensed staff as needed.
