Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct routine care under nursing leadership and participate in the Plan of Care for residents. The LPN will collect health data, compare with baselines, and report changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
• Current Certification in CPR is required

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Participate in developing and modifying the Plan of Care as directed.
• Assess resident health data and report changes to the RN promptly.
• Supervise tasks of unlicensed nursing staff and clarify expectations.
