Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in delivering high-quality patient care. You will prepare patients for visits, manage results, assist with procedures, and coordinate care to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities include taking histories, vital signs, administering medications, and educating patients and families. Valid Michigan LPN license and CPR are required; 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to support our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will prepare patients for a provider visit, provide results management support, insurance company advocacy, assist with clinical procedures, support care coordination and gaps in care and medication/vaccine administration in order to help create a positive healthcare experience every day.

General Requirements:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED and graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.

CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted LPN license in State of Michigan. Valid CPR certification.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office. Previous nursing experience not required.
