Trinity Health MI is seeking an Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Downtown Family Practice in Grand Rapids. The role supports nursing staff, manages patient flow, triage, and basic procedures in a day shift, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited LPN program.

• Triage, nursing consultation, follow-up and care coordination.
• Draw blood and administer injections and immunizations.

Position Summary

Responsible for the successful functioning of the nursing support staff in the ambulatory/physician's office. Assists the Site Manager with ensuring the office activities are consistent with the corporate goals and objectives. Promotes the team approach to health care. Responsible for patient flow, nursing procedures, triage and protocols. Performs duties as delegated within the scope of education and validated competencies. Performs clerical functions and environmental duties to support team objectives.
