Anthem Memory Care in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide nursing care for residents in a memory care setting. You will assess needs, implement plans, and reevaluate care while guiding CNAs to deliver compassionate, person-centered support.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and addressing concerns from residents and families. A strong emphasis on safety, dignity, and teamwork is essential for success.

Competenze

• A current and valid LPN nursing license.
• Three years of experience in a senior living community highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants on assigned team in accordance with policies and laws.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments for new admissions.
• Address resident, family, or physician concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support residents emotionally and spiritually and uphold residents' rights.
• Respond to life-threatening situations following nursing standards and procedures.
