Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Team-first mindset and communication
• Senior living experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and guide their care with intention
• Administer medications and treatments safely and confidently
• Lead and support CNAs and Resident Assistants
• Partner with families and document care thoroughly
• Respond to real-time needs with skill and compassion
• Engage residents through Pathways of Purpose program
