Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver safe, accurate medication administration in a resident-focused setting. You will follow physician orders, monitor residents, document in MAR/TAR, and collaborate with the care team to maintain quality of life.

This role requires an active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certs, strong assessment and documentation skills, and prior experience in senior care or medication administration.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status.
• Maintain medication carts and complete narcotic counts.
• Uphold compliance standards.
