Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate MAR/TAR documentation in a resident-centered setting.

You will administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, observe and report changes, maintain narcotic counts, transcribe orders, and support care plan updates. Sunrise offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing is required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification are required.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration and document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to ensure safety and care integrity.
• Transcribe physician orders and support updating care plans.
• Maintain accurate narcotic counts and comply with regulatory standards.
