Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 40-hour workweek. You will assist providers, administer medications, and support procedures in a busy internal medicine clinic.

The role requires an active LPN license and BLS certification within 45 days. Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program is required. Excellent communication and EMR skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• LPN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 45 days unless exempt.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and room patients, record vital signs and health information.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries under supervision.
• Administer medications under orders and manage IV therapy within limits.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals and test orders.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and ensure equipment is properly sterilized.
