Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support with medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities include administering meds, following Six Rights, documenting in MAR/TAR, monitoring symptoms, and updating care plans. Requires active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong assessment skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
