Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking an experienced LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care in MAR/TAR. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the care team in a senior living setting.

Strong assessment and documentation skills are required, with CPR/First Aid certification. Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred; this full-time on-site

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct SHUs (Service & Health Updates).
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:
