Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in River Forest, IL is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care and support resident health through licensed nursing activities. You will administer medications, monitor changes, and ensure regulatory compliance within a senior living setting.

• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
